Gary McLean PGA Golf Professional

Gary McLean is a PGA Professional based at Bunclody Golf Club on the Carlow–Wexford border, offering coaching to golfers of all abilities including juniors, ladies, and men.

Gary began his professional career by studying at the University of Birmingham before continuing his development at the PGA Training Academy, where he graduated with honours in Professional Golf. He holds Levels 1, 2, and 3 in Advanced Golf Coaching and has extensive experience working with golfers of all ages and standards.

In addition to his coaching at Bunclody Golf Club, Gary is the Head of South East Development for Golf Ireland and works as a Performance Coach, supporting the development of elite and emerging players in the region.

Gary’s coaching philosophy focuses on encouragement and positive feedback while identifying and correcting key swing faults in a clear and practical way, helping every golfer improve and enjoy their game.
